‘Beach’, ‘Desert’, and ‘City’. 3 places that I personally imagined myself walking through when I finished making and playing back these tracks; it’s an absolute pleasure of mine as a musician to experience locations, landmarks and places, whether you’ve been there before or not.

These 3 pieces of music are distinctively individual cuts yet they are designed to take us through an observation of some of the most familiar contexts of our human life. They slowly or quickly help us visualise the scene, our very own subjective view of these places.

No matter in what order they’re being played as, these tracks can continuously loop, almost never end but also constantly change. They align with the concept of ‘impermanence’ in nature, believing that every matter is always changing and transforming from one form to another. Is it an illusion of our minds to consider anything coming to an ‘end’, be it time, friendship or a place that we love?
